I am a flight nurse and have long hair, past the middle of my back. I purchased a couple of these a few months ago and they work wonderfully!!! Before I would have to fix my hair back into a ponytail multiple times because it fell out and would end up all in my face after removing and putting my helmet back on. Add the summer heat and a lot of sweat and it just became a sticky wadded mess. These caps stay in place well with putting my helmet on and taking it off. The tie in the back help keeps it secured to my head and also my hair in one spot. It also works wonders keeping my hair off my neck and absorbing some of the sweat from my face/head in this wonderful 90 plus degree, humid weather. I highly recommend these!!
